Terms and Conditions of Service

This agreement for services is entered into between (client) and YourPro Mobile Detail 

The above mentioned parties hereby agree to the following:

Preparation Prior to the appointment policy:

Prior to our arrival we request that all personal property be removed from your vehicle. Please remove all personal property from the interior, including cargo area, trunk, under seats, center console, glove box, and any other area you would like us to clean. The compartments containing personal belongings will not be cleaned or emptied by our detailers. We do not clean or open the spare tire compartment of vehicles unless we have been notified by the client and the client has removed the spare tire, tools and any other items from this compartment.

Personal Property Policy:

We request before the scheduled service appointment, that all personal property be removed from your vehicle. YourPro Mobile Detail is not liable for the loss or damage of articles/belongings left in vehicle due to/in case of; fire, theft, accident, service provided, or any other cause beyond YourPro Mobile Detail's control.

Work Order & Vehicle Condition Policy:

Upon arrival and after finishing the service, we will require a few moments of your time to review what is covered in the service, get your signature on the work order, and the condition report of how we found your vehicle prior to our service. 

Service Charge Policy:

The majority of the vehicles we service pay the advertised price, but all vehicles are subject to inspection prior to services rendered. We do this to identify areas that may require additional work that is not covered in the advertised service. We have additional fees for pet hair removal, heavily soiled carpet, heavily soiled exterior, caked mud/surface contaminants, heavy sand, dark colored vehicles getting paint correction, oversized vehicles, these are determined by our representative and inform the customer prior to rendering service and proceeding with the agreed upon pricing changes or levels of service. 

Service Time Policy:

Our service times are an estimate, each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service. 

Securing Booking Policy:

We reserve the right to take a debit or credit cards details or send out an electronic invoice through Quickbooks, Paypal or other methods of payment to secure the services.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy:

We can not predict what the weather will be like at the scheduled appointment time; please remember every scheduled service appointment is "weather permitting". If the weather is inclement during your scheduled appointment we will automatically reschedule your service for the next available appointment slot. If deposit was taken prior, a new deposit will not be needed for this rescheduled appointment. 

Onsite Service Policy:

We are able to bring our services to you ,as this is our business model, but request that you have a site (such as your home or office) and that you have permission to receive our services at this site. We cannot work on vehicles parked in the street as this is illegal in some areas and the safety of our team could be compromised. 

Online Booking Policy:

We accept same day booking appointments through our online booking system if the appointment is done at least 2 hours prior to an available appointment time and before 12pm. If no confirmation email or call is received, please give us a call to confirm that the we have approved your same day appointment booking. Making a reservation for service on YourPro Mobile Detail's online booking system does not guarantee that a specified time or date will be reserved or booked. YourPro Mobile Detail reserves the right to approved all booked dates and times: there may be instances in which an appointment has been booked off-line and our booking system does not reflect it, therefore we will send clients a confirmation email, text, or call to approve your reservation. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking to align with staffing levels, weather conditions, or machinery/equipment failure. 

Off Line Booking Policy:

If you wish to make an off-line reservation/booking for a service, or to make a payment other that an online payment, please give us a call at 404.692.0925

24-Hour Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:

YourPro Mobile Detail has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If for any reason you are unable to honor your appointment, YourPro Mobile Detail requires notification prior to 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice will result in a minimum charge of $40 or 25% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater. This also applies to same day appointments that are cancelled. A 24- hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required due to loss of business at the scheduled time, but also the loss of potential business  from clients who could have booked an appointment during the slot you are vacating. 

Wait Time Policy:

YourPro Mobile Detail technician can not wait more that 15 minutes after we have arrived for the scheduled service, failure to be present at the time and location of the agreed upon service will result in a cancellation and a charge of $40 or 25% of the lost service cost, whichever is greater. 

Refund Policy:

YourPro Mobile Detail does not issue refunds on services rendered. Once a service is begun, YourPro Mobile Detail will collect the full agreed upon amount for the service if, for any reason, you terminate the service in progress. YourPro Mobile Detail reserves the right to issue or deny a credit for future service in these cases, based on the discretion of our technician. If you have booked online, and prepaid the service or a deposit and must cancel your appointment YourPro Mobile Detail will issue a refund of fees paid within 48 hours of the initial booking time in accordance with our payment processing providers. After 48 hours from the initial booking time YourPro Mobile Detail will only issue service credit. There is no expiration on this credit, and you may use it toward any of our services. 

PayPal Refund Policy:

A fee of 2.9%+30cents will be deducted from any total you paid if you pay through PayPal. This is a fee charged by PayPal

Travel Fees Policy:

YourPro Mobile Detail provides detailing and wash services for all clients at our standard rate, however, additional travel fees at a minimum of $20 may apply if client is outside of our service area (South Metropolitan Atlanta : Fulton County below I-20, Douglas County below I-20, Clayton County, Coweta County, Fayette County). 

Changes to These Policies:

YourPro Mobile Detail has the discretion to update these policies at any time. When we do , we will post a notification on the main page of our site and the date of the revision on this terms of service page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed of our policies. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to be aware of these policies and modifications. 

Your Acceptance of These Policies:

By booking online and off-line, purchasing, or requesting our service in person, phone, or by email, you signify your acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not book online or off-line, purchase, or make an appointment in person, phone or by email. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. 

Release of Liability:

This Agreement for service is entered into between (client) and YourPro Mobile Detail.

From here forward, client will be referred to as "I"

The above mentioned parties hereby agree to the following terms:

 

Damages to Vehicle:

I hereby agree that YourPro Mobile Detail shall not be held liable for any mechanical condition or pre-existing conditions, such as; dents scratches & any other ore-existing damages to the vehicle's interior and/or exterior nor for the loss or damage of articles/belonging left in vehicle due to/in case of fire, theft, accident, service provided, or any other cause beyond YourPro Mobile Detail's control. It is your responsibility to point out items that are fragile or no longer functional. In many cases the damage is not noticeable due to the stat of the vehicle prior to detailing. I agree that I am responsible to go over my vehicle with a YourPro Mobile Detail associate, member, staff, or representative before they leave the premises. I release YourPro Mobile Detail from any liability pertaining to my vehicle or my belongings after they have turned in the keys and/or left the premises, or If I cannot be present after completion. I agree that YourPro Mobile Detail will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, or any belongings contained inside the vehicle or the location of service. I understand that my vehicle will be cleaned at my own risk and it must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes, and that any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. I agree that I will have to present at least two diagnostics and/or price estimates to clearly prove the damage was caused by YourPro Mobile Detail. 

Engine Cleaning:

I hereby agree that YourPro Mobile Detail shall not be held liable for any problem that may arise if I requested YourPro Mobile Detail to clean or wipe down the engine and/or the engine compartment. 

Customer Not Present When Service is Completed:

I release YourPro Mobile Detail from any liability pertaining to my vehicle if I cannot be present when the service is completed. 

Leaving Keys When Not Present:

I hereby agree and authorize YourPro Mobile Detail to leave the keys to my vehicle with a specified person, a specified area of my vehicle, or location if I cannot be present upon completion of services. YourPro Mobile Detail shall not be held responsible for the vehicle if it is stolen or for keys being locked in my vehicle as a result of leaving them inside. I also release YourPro Mobile Detail from any liability pertaining to my vehicle or belongings after they have turned in the keys or left the premises. 

Wait time After Completion:

I hereby agree that YourPro Mobile Detail can not wait more than 15 minutes after I have been notified of the completion of services. 

Vehicle Operation:

I hereby authorize YourPro Mobile Detail to operate submitted vehicle(s) for the purpose of delivery, service, accommodation for space, inspection, or other reasons deemed necessary at my own risk. 

Cleaning/Detailing Interior:

I hereby authorize YourPro Mobile Detail to use chemical cleaning solutions to clean the steering wheel, dash, console, door panels, and to shampoo my seats, headliner,  and/or carpet using wet methods in the submitted vehicle for the purpose of cleaning/detailing at my own risk. I also release YourPro Mobile Detail from any liability pertaining to my vehicle for anything that may arise as a result of this or any interior service.

Washing/Detailing Exterior:

I hereby authorize YourPro Mobile Detail to use chemical cleaning solutions to clean the exterior, tires, wheels, trim, and to apply paint correctives, sealants, waxes in combination by machine or hand for the purpose of washing/cleaning the exterior at my own risk. I also release YourPro Mobile Detail from any liability pertaining to my vehicle for anything that may arise as a result of this or any exterior service.

Auto Glass:

I understand that during certain weather conditions, changes in temperature might cause my windshield or windows to crack due to expansion/contractions from temperature change when water is applied. I release YourPro Mobile Detail from any liability pertaining to my vehicles glass for anything that may arise as a result of this or any exterior service. 

Vehicle Battery:

I hereby agree that YourPro Mobile Detail will have my vehicle doors opened to clean the vehicle's interior and could cause the battery/electrical system to drain. I release YourPro Mobile Detail from any liability the battery drain may cause. 

Ownership:

I hereby agree and attest that I am the registered owner of the vehicle submitted to YourPro Mobile Detail and/or have the authority by the registered owner(s) to submit the vehicle to YourPro Mobile Detail's service.  

Express Lien:

I hereby agree that an express lien is acknowledged on submitted vehicle(s) to secure the amount of the service thereto.

Law:

I hereby agree and certify that any claim or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Georgia law. In the event legal action is necessary, I agree to pay the attorney's fees and court costs. 

I HAVE FULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT "YourPro Mobile Detail's Terms and Conditions of Service" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY BOOKING ONLINE/OFF-LINE, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE OR IN PERSON, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER AND DISCHARGE "YOUPRO MOBILE DETAIL" AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, STAFF, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST "YOURPRO MOBILE DETAIL" FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGES.
