FAQ'S

Where do you complete the services?
We are a fully contained MOBILE detailer. We can perform wash/detail services at your home, apartment, or place of business (as long as we have permission to be on-site). We primarily service Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, and South Fulton Counties (But are not solely limited to these areas).

Do you work by appointment only?
For the most part, yes. There will be some times where we can do a same-day service based on your location and current booking load.

What do I need to do to get ready for service?
We ask that you remove personal items from the vehicle. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the area to be worked. We will remove obvious trash, but will place items we are unsure of in either the glove box or the trunk. Have the vehicle in an area that we can park our service vehicle close enough and also have room to access all doors of your vehicle. 

How long does the process take?
It all depends on the size and condition of the vehicle as well as what services are required. Generally speaking from 1-4 hours. Click on each package on the services page for time estimates and more info.

Do you need access to water or power?
We do not require it. We carry everything we need in our service vehicle. The most important thing we need is access to the vehicle and enough room to work. 

How do I pay?
We accept cash, and mobile payments via PayPal, Venmo, Cash-app, and ApplePay. We can accept card through PayPal (PayPal may charge a processing fee that is not associated with our service). We will send an invoice to the contact info you provide at booking. 

Can you remove every stain or blemish?
Due to the nature of stains and blemishes, some will come out better than others. We have extensive knowledge and experience (along with proper products) to handle most situations, but even then some interior stains or paint blemishes are due to permanent damage to the surfaces.

Will waxing remove scratches from my paint?
Applying wax can minimize some micro-scratching or swirls in your clearcoat and provide deeper shine. While it may hide some of them, a true polish/paint correction process could be needed to provide a higher level of refined shine and depth. 

Do you remove seats?
We do not. Your seats are one of the most important safety devices in your vehicle. We would not want to disconnect or move anything that could compromise that. We have tools that allow us to thoroughly clean around as much of the seat hardware as possible. We will remove seats that are intended to be pulled out ex: removable 2nd or 3rd row.

Do you service other vehicles?
Yes! We detail Motorcycles, Boats/Watercraft, RV's and more. We can pretty much handle anything that drives. Contact us for services and pricing.
